Before making a reservation please pay attention at the itinerary, price and policy then click Book Now button on top of each tour. A table will show up with some required information: Full name, contact information and additional message. Please fill correct information, especially, the email address and phone number that we can contact with you to process the reservation. Once finished filling the information, click “Book Now” button to book your tour.

The booking process is represented through 4 steps below:
1. Choose your preferred itinerary
2. Submit your booking
3. Confirm availability, deposit or payment
4. Come and enjoy our services & final payment (only for customers who finished deposit)

After accepting to book the services, you need to pay the deposit or payment for the services. Once received your deposit, we will reserve the services for you. If all of the services are reserved successfully, we will send you a confirmation email including a deposit invoice and other useful information. If the services are fully booked and therefore, unavailable, we will inform you and suggest other options. In case you no longer want to book those services, we will refund all the deposit amount. When you receive confirmation email, it means your reservation is confirmed. Notice: Your booking will NOT be confirmed until we send you a confirmation email.

We accept many kinds of payments so please choose the most convenient way for you from list below:
– Credit card: You can easily pay online through OnePAY payment gateway (3% booking fee) or through POS machine when we meet directly in Hanoi.
– Bank transfer: You can pay through bank transfer to reduce the bank fee. For our bank account details, please see about us or contact by email for more details.
– Cash: You can pay by cash at our office or at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Some important notes:
– Price display on our website always is USD ($ – United States dollar).
– We accept VND, USD, EUR and AUD for cash payment. Applied exchange rates is Vietnamese banks rates on payment day and based on price show on website by USD.
– Your bank may charge additional fees if you settle by using credit card. Your bank or other payment provider may charge processing fees, fees, or exchange fee which is unrelated to our company.

If you want to cancel a booking, please send a cancellation request by email. We do not accept a cancellation by phone. Please read carefully the cancellation policy of each program. We also note clearly about the timing of cancellation and how much will be charged for the cancellation.
